Why It Exists

Welcome to MyPathToLicensure. I'm John, a fellow pre-licensed mental health counselor in Massachusetts. When I started logging my hours, I couldn't find anything that actually tracked hours in a user-friendly way. Like you, I had an awkward spreadsheet. After a year of logging hours in Excel, I decided to create MyPathToLicensure. It's a simple, easy-to-use tool to help you track hours, manage supervisors, and export your numbers in case of an audit.

I'm currently only supporting pre-licensed LMHC hours in Massachusetts. More license tracks and states will be added in upcoming versions.

What It Does

• Weekly logbook. Every direct contact hour, every supervision hour, and every indirect hour, in an easy-to-use logbook.
• Supervisor records. Track credentials, license numbers, supervision dates, and aggregated hours under each supervisor.
• Export to PDF or CSV. Export a cleanly formatted PDF or CSV file you can use if your hours are audited.
